sysprep error folder has been moved or d

iam preparing my computer for cloning, after i run sysprep shutdown, clone, and i power up the computer it runs the initialize process then it reboot, after that when it starts up win2k after logging in a box will pop up and says c:sysprep is not accessible folder has been deleted or moved ,after i click ok, it goes away.
what is causing that error?
