Sysprep under Windows 2000 Professional

According to the TechRepublic Windows 2000 Newsletter dated May 27, 2003, “Systems cloned with the Sysprep cloning utility occasionally experience specific problems.” Unfortunately, the article never says WHAT these specific problems are. I have recently confirmed that my system WAS cloned with Sysprep and now I’m waiting for the other shoe to drop!

Can anyone please clarify what the “specific problems” are–in detail–when using Sysprep under Windows 2000 Professional?
