System error 64

We’re bringing W2K boxes online in a mixed NT4.0-Novell4.11 production environment. Everything works great except the W2K boxes keep losing mapped connections to the PDC. Resetting network conections does nothing and the only recourse with results is a re-boot. Any thoughts?
