System Group in the ACL list

What is the System Group? Windows 2000 has several built in special groups such as the Everyone Group and the Interactive Group. Apparently, the System Group is also one of those special built in groups.

When you assign permissions to who can access an object, you can include the System Group. How is the System Group different from the Everyone Group?
