System Info: changing IRQ’s

When I look in the SYSTEM INFO. on a Win2k Pro machine I see IRQ11 being used by 3 devices under Conflicts/Sharing. HOw can I manually change these to use differenet IRQ’s? Does it have to be done in the BIOS or Windows?
