System Information

Windows98se: When I click on the System Information in the System Tools menu I get the following error starting program prompt:

A required .DLL file, MFC42U.DLL, was not found. My only option is to click OK on the prompt. The System Information never executes.

My windows version is: 4.10.2222A

Any suggestions for fixing this glitch?
