System Management-Lighter Frameworks

In systems management software, such as those from companies such as CA, BMC Software, and Tivoli, a much lighter framework is being developed which uses artificial intelligence. It is due to be released within 3 years. It has 3 main components which are: fuzzy logic, organic algorithms, and neural networks. I need a definition of these components or a location to research them.
