System not asking for User/Password

Hi,
1. Have a Win98 system that does not ask for user/password to be entered at boot for login into the domain. I have to click “Close all programs & login as a different user” each time to get into my NT domain.
I need to change somthing in the registry or use TweakUI, but what !! Please tell me about this.
