System Policy editor

Hi,
I have a winnt4.0 platform, w/a pdc & a bdc.I’m testing a system policy for 1 computer.I cannot get it to work. ex: I set it up for the computer name testuser on a win98 machine.I went into the properties on that computer and made my selection.I saved the system policy to the export file on the pdc(also copied it manually to the bdc).
I have the proper templates windows.adm & common.adm.I do have replication from the pdc to the bdc w/logon scripts.I can see the config.pol file in the netlogon but it seems not to be reading it. Any help would be appreciated.. Thank’s in advance…
