system Policy Template

Hi,
I’m trying to create a system policy template on a winnt4.0 server for 95/98 clients. I sortof understand the language but I don’t understand how you get the valuename when writing the template.If anybody is famailiar w/this can you please briefly explain. Thanks in advance
