System32 problems-continued

I am still having the annoying C:\WIN\System32 window open on several computers. I have tried the suggested programs to see what is loading at start up, but it hasn’t identified my problem window. I was told to check for a blank registry value, but was not told which one or what the value should be. If anyone has any more ideas, I would love to hear them. Thanks in advance. Roger
