Hi,
I need help

I,m using Windows98 and i got this message when on the PC after can see windows 98 screen “Windows cannot find system.ini file.Maybe file be missing.U need to run windows setup again.Press any key to continue”if press any key PC will shut down.
I cannot go to Safe mode also.Please Help me how to reload the file without running the setup.
