Systray in Windows2000

Someone tell me how I can remove the Taskscheduler icon permanently from the systray? I’ve closed Taskscheduler to remove it from the tray (I don’t want anything to run via the TScheduler) but it reappears after each boot. Thanks in advance. Zuckerman6.
