Tab key works improperly

Win 2k Pro system just reimaged has a tab key problem. The key worked fine before reimaging, but now, whenever the tab key is pressed in IE, it tabs up to the address bar in the browser. All other systems reimaged with same software work just fine.

Any help greatly appreciated.
