Take-over of Homepage & dial-up connection

Need some help!

Something has gotten into clients computer (running xp home) that is causing a re-direction of dial-up connection & Home Page.

Have run multible virii (Norton)and spyware (Ad-aware 6) scans with no effect. Cannot find any unusual programs or files that may contain the sourse.

Would appreciate any suggestions to help alleviate this problem.
