Targus Keypad USB and Win2k Pro

I am using a Targus Keypad (PAUK001U) USB connection. With Inspriron 8000 and a docking station. The keypad will not install at all, it says that the USB device is not configured right. I installed with the administrator account and there is no drivers on the website of Targus. Any suggestions!
