TASK MANAGER

How to enable the TASK MANAGER in Windows XP
everytime I pressed ctrl alt del , it’s giving me a message ”YOUR ADMINISTRATOR DISABLED THE TASK MANAGER” . but i am the owner of my pc and nobody using it except me. hope you can help me
