Task Manager?

I am having trouble with my task manger. It does not show any of the tool bars or menus at the top of the window. It can’t be minimized. The only thing it shows are the active processes with 3 buttons accross the bottom. END TASK, SHUT DOWN AND CANCEL. How do I get my task manger back.
PS it is only like this in the system administrator profile. all other profiles have the normal looking task manager.
I am running XP home.
