Taskbar gone after lockup.

A program froze and in the process the system
re-booted. but when it finally came up, all
else was there but no Taskbar. No, it’s not
hidden below the screen. I’ve roloaded Win
98 SE and it’s still the same. I’ve performed the registry cure on MS web site,
still no taksbar. Any suggestions, other
than start over.
