TCP/IP addresses for 2 networks

Work network and home network are 2 distinct entities. I have tried different user profiles to have the different settings but the last group of settings entered becomes the default for all. Entering different hardware profiles doesn’t do the trick either. Besides using Netswitcher, or manually editing the IP addresses each time, are there any other ways to combat this?
