TCP/IP Printer and Win95

I was working for a client who has a new HP 4200n printer. Someone else set up the networking. The printer is networked to the tcp/ip address 192.168.0.102. I want to setup a Win95 computer to print to it but putting the TCP/IP port in the network address line does not work. I have browsed the network and can’t find any name for it. I have pinged the address in dos. What is the best way to set it up?
