TCP/IP Printing

Hi,
I’m trying to add a TCP/IP printing port in Windows XP and getting an error: “error loading the TCP MIB library”.

Did a search Ms Knowledge base article # Q261302.
Which tells me to rename/delete file Wsnmp32.dll.

The problem with XP is that everytime I rename/delete the file, it restores the file back in about 2 secs. I try disabling the system restore feature under system properties and rebooted the PC but no luck. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
