TechRepublic discussions

What happened to the technical discussions? I am come this website mainly for insight from fellow peers on certain problems that I might be having, or just to browse through the articles, Q&A, and the dicussions. I have been disappointed lately over the lack of any type of technical discussion. Most of what I have been seeing is discussions from the same group of people on world politics, in which seems to drag on to 500 posts in some instances. I don’t mind seeing discussions on a variety of topics, but I would at least like to see someone bring something that we all share in common, the thrist for techinical knowledge, to the table once again.
