TechRepublic MS-Word download ZIP format

I downloaded a file of MS-Word tips from the TechRepublic site. This file has the .ZIP extension. I use the WinZip (from Nico Mak Computing) software, and it doesn’t recognize the file’s format. What can I use to un-Zip the file?
