TechRepublic is a nice site for people who want to know more about ICT and get answers to their questions.
However, in its selling policy TechRepublic is in my view discriminating against people not living in the United States of America.
Most CDs will be shipped free of charge within the United States of America. I fully understand that international mail is more expensive. But why not grant also a rebate to international customers? They would have to pay the difference between the two mail charges for instance.
I have been mailing TechRepublic many times about this issue. They just reply after several weeks that international mail is more expensive, avoiding to address my concerns.
Please forward your comments regarding thisissue. I believe it has a lot to do with the image and success of this site.
I will leave this question a few weeks open.
