Scanning the questions today, I saw that someone had placed a test question (IE testing asking a question) for 10 points. pierres@hexagonbs.co.za had answered saying ‘it works, 10 points please’, quickly followed by Florinel with ‘it works,5 points please’. Well, it made me chuckle (simple things pleasing simple minds I hear you say : ). It also made me realise I haven’t heard a good joke for ages, and having a few points to spare I thought I’d see what further nuggets of comic relief might be gained via the Q and A section of good old techrepublic. This is a winner takes all deal, with the best of the bunch taking the whole 9,999 (it would be 10,000, but it looks like 9999 is the maximum allowed these days – hey, whats a point between friends). No bad language or crudeness please (that would be an automatic disqualification) – this is a relatively public forum after all. the subject matter can be anything, and after maybe a week I’ll throw the matter over to some of the guys I work with and get them to choose a winner (they’re a tough bunch to please so make ’em funny)…….
