Telnet Issue

Just a quick question. We have an issue with our telnet software. Each time a client connects it spawns a GS_Agnt.exe and a CMD.exe process. When they disconnect, i’ve noticed that even though they disappear from the task manager, if you use the ptree.exe command from the resource kit you’ll see an orphaned cmd.exe process with “terminated” as the status. These processes keep adding up until eventually the server has to be rebooted because clients can’t connect. Any Suggesestions? I know I can more than likely kill the orphaned processes, but can I prevent them.
