Temp files in \system32

On most of my BDC’s I am having problems with some type of temp file being created. the format is TMPXX.$$$. The XX is a number that increases every day 01,02,etc. These files are all at least 1mb. The BDC’s are all running NT4, SP6a ArcserveIT and InoculateIT. Half of the BDC’s are also running DHCP services. All spooling and Virtual Memory is pointed to the second partition. Any help would be appreciated..
