Term Srv Upgrade from Eval. not holding

I have a Terminal Server that was installed using and evaluation copy CDROM. The copy is expiring and said to upgrade to a licensed version or the server would shut down in 1 hour. I obtained a full version licensed CD and performed the upgrade to the server. The message still keeps coming back and the server shuts down with a BSOD every hour or so.

Can anyone please help me with this problem???
