Terminal Server and 110wpm typists

by adam a. . Updated 23 years, 7 months ago

Server is a dual P3-1Ghz with 1Gb of RAM running Windows 2000 Terminal Server. There would be no more than 10-12 sessions at any one given time, but at least one of those users types rather quickly at 110wpm. This user cannot achieve anywhere nearher top speed without waiting for her screen to catch to her fingers. The rest of the TS users do not really have this problem.

This user is part of an office that connects to TS via a 512k shdsl connection.

I’m thinking 110wpm typists weren’t factored in when Terminal Server was designed. Would I be right? If not, any ideas?
