Terminal Server behind a Cayman 3220h ro

Hello everyone,

I am having difficulty establishing a connection with my terminal server from a remote location. the Terminal server is behind a cayman 3220h router. I opened internal and external tcp port 3389 (the windows 2k default for this server) … any suggestions on what I may be missing or doing wrong? thanks guys!
