Terminal Server Client behind MS Proxy2

We have a problem connecting to TS from clients on LAN, however it is possible to connect to the server from Proxy Server itself and PDC on LAN.

We know we need to open port 3389 but we are not sure whether we need to create a protocol on proxy and/or enable packet filtering.

Any suggestions.
