Terminal Server Client32

I have 4 Windows 2000 servers in a Active Directory domain setting. One of the servers are running Terminal Server for a interoffice application. I have noticed that in the task manager the “client32” service is maxing the processor and I have the latest hotfixes and service packs. ???
