Terminal Server TSAC: Copy and Paste Fil

I am trying to copy and paste files during a terminal session from the server to my workstation using the Remote Desktop Web Connection. I followed the MS article http://www.microsoft.com/windows2000/techinfo/reskit/tools/hotfixes/rdpclip-o.asp about RDPCLIP.exe. When I try to copy and paste I get an error that says Cannot copy file: Cannot read from source file or disk. I’m not sure what I am missing here. I thought maybe someone would have a suggestion.
