Terminal Server TSAC

I want to do file transfer eith the web based terminal server TSAC. I can get it to work one way but not both. It only work from the server to the client. If it works one way then it has to work the other way. I’v been told that it doesen’t work butI’m not satisfied with that. If you have any idieas please inform me of them.
