Terminal Services

Hey there. I have a windows 2000 server with Terminal services installed on it, that is sitting behind a firewall. I have a user in the field that needs to access the server for internal stuff. I can connect all day from my computer (on the same network), but she cannot connect once. What can I do so that she can connect to it?
