Terminal Services

I am running TS successfully from the server and getting on via the workstations , however logging on via the workstation will give me total control over the server and applications how can i log onto the workstation directly into an html menu i have created?I have tried configureing the programs from the TS clients but it keeps telling the path is incorrect.
