Terminal Services

Microsoft Issued me with 2 budled TS licences, and after several attempts to install them, it managed to install 1 license. I am just wondering what happened to the xtra license.

I also have terminal Services on dial up client, but most of the time they get disconnected but they can stay surfing for an hour or so freely. The distance from the client is about 400KM and I am worried by the behaviuor
