Terminal Services clients cannot print

Running Win2000 Server TS in application mode. Remote users running Win2K and XP TS client both locations connecting w/DSL speeds. It seems suddenly some users cannot print documents located on the server to their local printers. It is an intermittent problem where 1 user cannot print only from Word (but CAN print from Excel and Outlook), another cannot print only from Excel and 1 CAN print all (Outlook, Word, Excel). We can find no patterns to the printing and have followed updates (modifying printer inf. files and drivers). It doesn’t seem workstation specific either. We have work arounds, but it would better if it worked correctly. Any good and helpful suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
