Terminal Services Issue

Hello All. I am trying to get a new Win2k server running, and am attempting to install the latest Windows Updates from the MS site. The first update that wants to install is the Cumulative Patch for IE 6. When the patch tries to install, I get a message saying “Terminal Server must be in “install” mode to continue. If you are running in install mode, click yes. If not click cancel”. I attempted to click yes and the update still did not install.

Any thoughts?
