Terminal Services Manager issues

Hi All. we are running w2K on all our servers, approx 16 of them in a WAN. We are halway through the W2K rollout to the desktops when it was put on hold. When using terminal services from the W2K desktop to some of the servers we are being forced togo to the terminal services manager to forcibly disconnect the session as logging off from the session does not work as the session continues. I am rather new to this enviroment so if anybody can help it is greatly appreciated. It isn’t critical butextremely annoying..
