Terminal Services on windows 2000 active directory

My comany is runnning windows 2000 active directory. We have 2 more location. I would like to use terminal services for remote administration and control other windows 2000 server. Please tell me the steps to create the terminal services on both windows 2000 server and client pc.Thank You.
