Terminal Services Through VPN

We have a sonicwall pro 200 and I have a user with a software client connecting via vpn and he is able to use vnc and his mapped drives to connect to servers on the network but he is getting a network error message when trying to connect with terminal services.
Anyone have any ideas.
Are there ports on the firewall or rules I need to set up in order to get him connected?
