Testing devices

Hi I am a tech and i am exploring into my own business about fixing pc’s. I have a
pc that i have checked everything dos windows
.Everything id right. After the computer is on for hours suddenly it turns off. All indicates there is a power supply failure.
Is there any testing device for power supplies. Thanks
