The admin id

To backup the files the backup id is used.
Since in the evening the admin is the last to go the machine is logged in with the admin id.
The backup id guys thus cant login unless they logout and login again.
However,doing so creates problems with some applications which are running.
These applications close down abruptly and users report problems accessing them,eg SQL database.
