Thumbnails not Displaying

I have Windows ME and when I display a folder and click View Thumbnails, my .BMP files are showing as thumbnails but my .JPG are not. I would like to know if anyone has found a solution to this problem.

This question was asked by a previous member, JC Zalog, but the answers posted did not help me either. I have the same problem…
