Time Out Errors on SBS 4.5

Im running SBS 4.5 as a PDC . I have a firewall and Router installed and we are useing ISDN . But we are recieving Timeout Errors randomly. I have checked the config of the router but I cant see anything what would be causeing this problem . Any Ideas ?
