Time out Problem?

I am trying to copy a medium sized (100meg or so ) directory from an NT 2000 serve rto an NT 2000 wkstn. It starts to copy but hen pops up and says ” cannot copy file xyz the specified network name is no longer available. It is a 10Mb network. Any reason why it is doing this?
