Time Sysnchronization

Hi Everyone
Please help me out with this question

I am tring to maintain constant and std time
entire netwrok, is it possible. We have 2 NT servers and As400 server.In the network all are Win 98x computers. One of our manager asked this maintaining std time for the entire network.
