Timeout Popup Window

I have been getting a strange popup window on my desktop for about a week now. It is a commond windows dialog, with “KOLER582649” in the Top Bar and the message “Connection timed out (Error 10600)” in the window. I currently have about 15 of thesewindows open on my desktop.

I am running XP Pro on my office network (Win2k).
The question is how do I diagnose which program is generating the message. I have done searches on the registry and on my hard drive and found nothing. Windows Help tells me irrelevant things about Error 10060. Maybe the good folks at Tech Net have a clue.
